California Governor Jerry Brown headed off opponents of the Abrahamic Covenant by signing Bill AB768 which prevents local governments from banning circumcision in males. This cuts off their ability to introduce ballot proposals to outlaw circumcision, like they tried recently in San Francisco. Suck it Foreskin Man!

  • You know when both Zionists and Muslims are cheering something together it’s going to be a real party.

  • Very interesting developement. Circumcision dates back a long time and of course no one should be hindered from such an important decision. The circumcision that matters most however before the Lord is circumcision of heart. This is done by the Spirit of G-d trough faith in Yeshua.

    • Ah yes. Yeshua was a good man. He was definitely circumcised, though, and he honored the Sabbath on Saturdays. A good man, circumcised and honored the Sabbath. Hmmmm, it’s almost as if he was Jewish just like me.

    • Sorry SRothstein. The most important circumcision is circumcision of the penis. This namby pamby circumcision of the heart is bullshit, like Jews for Jesus. God Hates Smegma.

      • Deut 10:16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.

straight from Toarh! israel( according to torah) was and is a stiffnecked people, but God in His grace endures with long suffering those who are blind. why would God command us, in torah, to circumcize our hearts? because that where all lie and deceptions lie, if a person wants to sin it is because his heart is not right with God. ck, listen friend, the circumcission of your flesh is not as nearly as important as the circumcission of ones hearts, because a man can walk in all the commandments of the Lord, but if His heart aint right, it wont matter. example,

        number 15:27-31
27-And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering. 28-And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him. 29-Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, [both for] him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them. 30- But the soul that doeth [ought] presumptuously, [whether he be] born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31-Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity [shall be] upon him.

we see here that for the soul the sinneth intentionally, that is one who disregards the law and reviles the Lord, there is no sacrafice for that person. what is the diference between one who sins intentionally and one who does not sin intentionally? first of we all know when we are doing something wrong, our consceince tells us so. what i think this means is this, that ones has to have a hearts for God and His commandments, and the other does not. but why say “But the soul that doeth [ought] presumptuously, [whether he be] born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people” ? what am saying is this, that no man is perfect, all of our righteousness is filthy as rags, but to those who would cricumcise there hearts towards God can bring a sacrifice and received atonement, but those who dont can not bring a sacrafice. there is no sacrafice that can atone for the wanton sinners, why? because they have reviled and disregarded the commandments of the Lord. there are alot of fakers out their with all their “WORKS” but yet have not the right hearts, the prophet said
“Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near [me] with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: isaiah 29:13

hosea 13:6 According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.

joel 2:12-13 Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye [even] to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

obidiah 1:3 (partial) The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee,

matt 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.

we can clearly see from these few verse the importance of the heart and why we need to circumcise it. for the heart is deceitful, lustful, a theif and a blastphemor a fornicator, an adulterous, a false witness and a murderer.. i can say from experience that i am an x-con who new very well the commandments of my God, but did not observe them because my heart was not in it, my heart only wanted what this world had to offer, drugs, drinking heavey, innapropriate relationships with women, stealing, hustlin’ i can keep goind on but i think you get it. now brother if you dont want to beleive in Yeshua, thats between you and Him, but as for me, my testamony is in the work that HaShem has done and is doing through the Messiah Yeshua. it was the teaching of Yeshua that lead me to Torah study! it was the teaching of Yeshua that lead me to repentance! it was the teaching of Messiah Yeshua that circumcized my heart and made my soul realize that i was lost and without hope apart from Him.

shem yisrael Adonai eloheinu, Adonai Echad, baruch shem k’vod malchuto l’olam va’ed. baruch haba b’sehm Adonai Yeshua! sincerely, james

  • Bill AB768 doesn’t just “prevent local governments from banning circumcision in males”. It actually says

“No city, county, or city and county ordinance, regulation, or administrative action shall prohibit or restrict the practice of male circumcision, or the exercise of a parent’s authority to have a child circumcised.”

So it opens the door for anyone of any age, trained or not, to circumcise anyone under 18 by any means, such as a boxcutter, just so long as
    1) it’s a clean boxcutter
    2) one parent has consented (never mind the other, or the wishes of the up-to-17-year old) and
    3) the object of the “practice” is male.

    – and if the US Senate passes HR2400 that will extend right across the USA.

  • The circumcision ban should have had people of Jewish ancestry as an exception.

I support circumcision only if it is done as an absolute last resort to treat a current medical emergency, or if it is done on Jews according to their standards.
