In order to have the Student Authority pay for the second degree that I am currently pursuing, I need to go to a lawyer/notary and declare that I never received a second degree previously. Sounds simple, huh? After explaining 3 times what I needed, the lawyer/notary said that her typist was out for the day and I’d have to come back tomorrow. As she walked me to the door I asked, “Ok, but how much would it cost?â€
She: :::waves her hand::: Come back tomorrow…
Me: Ok, but how much will it cost?
Her: Not much.
Me: Ok, but how much is not much?
She: We shall get along.
Me: Can you just give me a price? How much?
She: Just come back tomorrow.
Me: …sigh…
