It’s just the German word for “mayor”.

The idea of interviewing NYC mayoral candidates has been around for a while. But I didn’t want copy&paste-statements and political clichés. Those can be found all over the internet and print media. And I’m aware many political types will provide answers to questions that haven’t been asked to avoid answering questions that have been asked.
