Richard Blackwell, author of the schadenfreude-inspiring worst-dressed list, died at age 86.
Richard was born Richard Sylvan Seltzer in Brooklyn in 1922. He struggled through a tough childhood before a short career in acting led him to the West Coast, where, apart from a fashion designer, he turned to be the probably best-known and most-beloved for his particular sense of humour fashion critic of these days.
His list of fashion felonies will be sorely missed by many.
