What's left over? This was supposed to only be occasional but what the hey, it seems appropriate again so here goes with another rambling post. The theme today is babies!

First of all, Mazal Tov to my sister Tanya who popped out yet another adorable baby boy. His briss was today and his name is Eyal Shalom. Mazal Tov also to her husband Natan, Grandma Brakha and Grampa ck’s Dad and the whole mishpacha. I look forward to yet another nephew whose mind I can warp much to his parents’ chagrin. There’s this cool thing you can do with Coke and Mentos that I saw on Youtube and I can’t wait to try it out with the boys. Heh heh heh…

Secondly, yet another Mazal Tov to Simone and Yoni whose boy also recently went under the knife in Jerusalem. Welcome to the world Erez Adam – hey, do you know where I can get 2 litre bottles of Coke in Israel? Just askin…

Noam and JordanFinally, a few of you have asked me about my other nephew Jordan. You know, the one with the Cancer? Well, thanks to the good care of Canadian socialized medecine AND your combined prayers, Jordan has made a complete recovery. He responded really well to the treatment. his chemo is over and now he is focusing on gaining weight and growing back his awesome golden locks. Here he is with his cousin Noam (who just got a new brother Eyal Shalom). Here’s some funny trivia – Jordan’s father Yoseph fainted during Jordan’s briss. Heh. Don’t tell him I told you.

David Kelsey? Don’t say a god damned thing.

  • Mazel Tov to Jordan! And may his hair grow back quickly and abundantly.

  • Ck, I’ll be back in the Holy Land next Wednesday, at which time we can start seriously planning some mentos ‘n coke action. And come on, of course you know where you can get 2-liter bottles of Coke!

  • Fricken babies. May they all be healthy and robust, like coffee.

Mazal tov to Tanya and the fam, and mazal tov to Simone, who can finally drink again!

And just to clarify, not all of us here at Jewlicious think that preschoolers should be given heartbreak privileges. Why don’t you just put a gun in their hands, Laya??

I don’t know what’s wrong with me today. I’m feeling combative.

    Mazal tov!

  • hey! Noam is turning into quite the little stud muffin (all those American Apparel clothes help, no doubt) Someone is gonna be breaking a few preschool hearts soon!
