I’m an investor in one of his companies, whose success depends in large part upon his continued good health.
Since I haven’t been on Wall Street for 40 years, I have no idea what people call Steinhardt to his face — there’s no indication that you’re his best buddy from his early days on the Street and I couldn’t find the name with which you posted on Google when I looked to indicate any relationship.
If you want Mike to continue to do wondrous things for Israel in the years to come, you should be delighted he’s (dramatically) losing weight. I am.
His Wall Street nickname has been “Porky” for the past 40 years (some believe he’s the legendary “Scarsdale Fats,” as well).
Another 50 pounds, and we’ll be calling him “Slim.”
Nice way to ruin something fun. We try to save our insults for haters, not for people who do a tremendous amount (unasked, by the way) for Israel and the Jewish people.
Looks like the guy [ed.] has dropped about 50 or so pounds, to maybe 250. Must be the dancing.
Middle, I could not agree with you more. I was thinking “I wanna dance with somebody who loves me” or “Rock Me Like a Hurricane.” Or “Sexyback.” You know there’s no song that doesn’t work with a montage like this one.
