JTB3 is a gathering, and we have no idea really how many people might show up. We have prepared sleeping areas at the AJCC, and will provide inflatable sleeping mats for registered participants. You can always book a room or three in nearby hotels, of which there are many. A safe will be on-site for valuables.

Want a lot of room for the money? Try the Marriott Residence Inn! They have free internet in the rooms, huge studios with full kitchens and are inside the eruv that connects to the JCC. So if you need a Sabbath obvervant place this may be for you. Tell them you are coming to the JCC and the Hillel Student Conference.
Book ahead of time, things fill up.

Sleeping Quarters: There are separate sleeping areas for men and for women. You are required to bring a sleeping bag, and encouraged to bring a pillow, sleeping mat or inflateable bed.
Locker-Rooms/Bathrooms/Showers: There JCC has separate locker rooms with lockers, bathrooms, and showers for men and women. Bring a lock if you want to use the lockers. Each locker room has approximately 7 showers, and the bathrooms/changing areas are spacious, clean, and nice.
Pool Area: The heated-pool area at the AJCC is co-ed and there may be a couple of programs held here. Please bring appropriate bathing attire, if you plan on swimming over the weekend. There will be a lifeguard on duty.
VW Buses, etc.: If you want to bring mobile sleeping solution to the event, please contact us ahead of time so we can reserve you a space.
