Why I never use my DISCOVER card, and I just want to send them some love. No really. Why in the world would they go through the trouble of telling me that they have lowered it to 23.995 – I mean do they really think I am going to borrow money at that rate? I actually haven’t touched the card in MONTHS because it has been at 29.99%. I carry ZERO balance there and a whopping $5600 line of credit. They send me incessantly these little cute checks that look like free money. They have orange borders, and my name, wow soo cool. All i do is just go and use them, it says. And then in little letters is says: “We will remove your kidney for using these, and then take other organs as needed.”

  • CashCall was running one of their ads (though sadly without Gary Coleman) the other day. It said something about the ability to borrow thousands of dollars on “just your signature.” Maybe they also said no credit check. From what I could see of the fine print, the interest rate was 99.25%. What I could not see was if that was monthly or yearly. I would not be surprised if it was monthly.
