There are those who joke that Jewish people eat Chinese (cuisine) for Christmas.
But in New York City, many others do, including squirrels.
Truth be told, I ate at three separate Asian cuisine restaurants in NYC over Christmas. And the annual Kung Pao Kosher Comedy events in San Francisco were totally sold out. Joseph Nguyen, one of the performers at the event, speaking of his Vietnamese Jewish heritage (Funny, and you don’t look Jewish) was said to have quipped, that he is Asian and Jewish, that he does nails… and taxes.
