Yesterday’s NYTimes Travel section was enough to send my little zionist heart aflutter.
Right there on the front page Jerusalem – “an extraordinary time in an extraordinary city” with no less than nine articles on Israel to follow.
I don’t always agree with the authors findings (or his facts for that matter), but I feel like I must have gotten the same thrill seeing my city featured as the folks who get theirr zip code profiled in the back of National Geographic. Home is home, where ever you are. Sometimes I forget what a famous home mine is.
Check out the articles this week, as it will probably expire by the weekend.

I agree, Leboff. I think there was no poetry in it, even as a travel article. It was dry and lacking in inspiration.
i thought the article was boring.
