First TV Interview in 19 years
Bob Dylan, née Robert Zimmerman, will be giving his first televised interview in 19 years this coming Sunday on 60 Minutes (7 pm ET/PT). In the interview Dylan tells correspondent Ed Bradley that “I never wanted to be a prophet or a savior. Elvis maybe. I could see myself becoming him. But prophet? No.”
Dylan’s song Like a Rolling Stone, was recently named by Rolling Stone magazine as the greatest rock ‘n’ roll song of all time.

I love Dylan!!! I am forever in debt to a friend of mine who recently gave me a copy of possibly the best Dylan album I have ever heard. It’s called Planet Waves and everybody should run out and get it. I saw Dylan perform like 7 years ago and while most were saying he was well past his prime, I found him amazing.
