We’re all catching up now.
Is it wrong to snack on cinnamon Chex in shul? I thought if shul was taking place outside, and with a “theatrical torah reading” that it was clear that we were being a little unconventional, and hey, I had missed breakfast.
Just saw the Makkabees, (heavy metal Jewish folk songs) and I have to say, they may very well be the funnest novelty act i’ve ever seen.
Now back in for more musica….

The Maks are a fine and polished act. I never thought that i would like metal music, let alone listen to it…But my eyes have been opened — Next time we are going to book them for an entire concert — stay tuned.
