The Jews help him get revenge…

  • ck, my dear, since I don’t see you around on gmail, I’ll ask on here. How much longer will you be in NYC? I’m flying in on 1st April, so I’ll be in town for my b’day.

  • I too approve of tit-for-tat, as long as it involves only humor. Isn’t Steven Colbert’s “corniest” Jewish joke is about the Iranian Space Program invading “Jew-Piter”?

  • Interesting: According to Wikipedia, “An extreme example of anti-necktie sentiment is found in Iran, whose theocratic rulers have denounced the accessory as a decadent symbol of Western oppression.”

Don’t most Hasidic groups also oppose neckties?

  • Will you wear a tie now to protest Ahmadinejad? “TaTs – Ties against Tyrants”?

Apropos, “Streit” means “argument”, “disagreement”, “struggle” etc., so there’s a little more irony to that.
